ثالثاً : (طريقة الحجز )

1-الحجوزات الفردية یتم تلقي الحجوزات عن طریق الهاتف 00966566669712

أوعبر البرید الإلكتروني [email protected]

او إدارة المبيعات https://tkt10.com/ar . لتأكيد الحجز سداد الفاتورة مقدما.

2-حجوزات المجموعات طلبات حجوزات المجموعات (10 غرف)فـأكثر ستكون حسب المكانية المتوفرة في الفندق وبعد الأتفاق على سعر المجموعة وطریقة السداد مقدماً وذلك وفق عرض سعر رسمي منفصل وتطبق الشروط والأحكام على ان تكون قبل موعد الوصول بمدة لا تقل عن 10 ایام.

لتأكيد حجز المجموعة یتطلب سداد كامل المبلغ مقدماً.

رابعاً : (الغاء الحجوزات الفردیة اوعدم الحضور)

1-حسب نوع الحجز والعقد المبرم قابل او غير قابل للالغاء .

2-يتم سداد قیمة اول لیلة كرسوم الغاء وكذلك في حال عدم الحضور .

خامساً : ( الغاء حجوزات المجموعات )

1- الغاء الحجز قبل 10 أیام من موعد الوصول مجاني . في حال الإلغاء بعد 10 أیام من تاریخ الوصول سیتم تحمیل العمیل ( الشركة ) رسوم غرامة الغاء وفقاً لعرض سعر مستقل موضح فيهاتفاصیل سیاسة الالغاء، وتطبق الشروط وأحكام الاتفاقية.

سادساً : (التسكین والمغادرة )

 1-یتم التسكین الساعة 04:00 عصراً وفي حالة الوصول قبل ذلك الموعد یتم التسكین حسب إمكانیة الفندق

2- تتم المغادرة الساعة 12:00 ظهراً والمغادرة المتأخرة تكون على حسب إمكانیة الفندق

 3-في حال تأجیل المغادرة بین الساعة04:00 م حتى الساعة 07:00 مساءاً یضاف قیمة نصف لیلة إضافیة، ولیلة كاملة بعد الساعة 07:00 م او حسب سياسة الفندق .

سابعاً : ( السداد )

 1-یجب سداد قیمة الحجوزات الفردیة أقل من 10 غرف قبل 24 ساعة من موعد الوصول في حال عدم الدفع خلال التوقيت المحدد اعلاه ، یحق للفندق الغاء الحجز بدون الرجوع للعميل.

2-یجب سداد قیمة حجوزات المجموعات ( 10 غرف فأكثر)قبل 10 أیام على األقل من تاریخ الوصول، أو وفقًا لسياسة عرض منفصل مجموعات ، على ان تطبق جمیع شروط واحكام الاتفاقية.

Third: (Booking method)

1- Individual reservations Reservations are received by phone 00966566669712

Or Sales Department https://tkt10.com/ar . To confirm the reservation, pay the bill in advance.

2- Group reservations Group reservation requests (10 rooms) or more will be according to the available space in the hotel and after agreeing on the group price and payment method in advance according to a separate official price offer and the terms and conditions apply, provided that it is at least 10 days before the arrival date.

To confirm the group reservation, full payment is required in advance.

Fourth: (Cancellation of individual reservations or non-attendance)

1-According to the type of reservation and the contract concluded, whether it is cancelable or non-cancellable.

2-The value of the first night is paid as a cancellation fee, as well as in the event of non-attendance.

Fifth: (Cancellation of group reservations)

1- Cancellation of the reservation 10 days before the arrival date is free. In the event of cancellation after 10 days from the arrival date, the customer (the company) will be charged a cancellation fine according to an independent price offer stating the details of the cancellation policy, and the terms and conditions of the agreement apply.

Sixth: (Check-in and Check-out)

1-Check-in is at 4:00 pm and in case of arrival before that time, check-in is according to the hotel's capacity

2-Check-out is at 12:00 pm and late check-out is according to the hotel's capacity

3-In case of postponement of departure between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, an additional half-night value is added, and a full night after 7:00 pm or according to the hotel's policy.

Seventh: (Payment)

1-The value of individual reservations of less than 10 rooms must be paid 24 hours before the arrival time. In the event of non-payment within the time specified above, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without referring to the customer.

2- Group reservations (10 rooms or more) must be paid at least 10 days before the arrival date, or according to the separate group offer policy, and all terms and conditions of the agreement apply.
